All Systems Go for a Great Summer Reading Program!
We've been cleared for takeoff and are ready to blast off into a summer of great reading! The Junior and Teen Departments have put together a great summer of activities for kids from pre-school to grade 12.

Registration starts on Monday, June 24th at 10 a.m. with an official kickoff "Star" party on Wednesday, June 26 at 5 p.m. in the library's plaza (or indoors if raining.) For our adult readers, we'll have great summer book displays ready to take you to other worlds!

Young Adult Chess Club  -  Thursdays,  5:00 - 6:00 PM - Lower Level Meeting Room

Learn one of the world's most popular games! Already a player? Learn and practice some game strategies. 

 

Instructor: Local chess master, William Mattison, will be on hand to teach basic beginner moves and strategy for the more experienced player.
