Program Ideas Please

If you are a gamer, you know the release date of Halo 3. If you are a serious gamer, you have already reserved your copy.

This brings up a question I have put out before. I am planning to begin DDR the first Wednesday in October. Same time (6-7:30); same place (Program Room). But I want to expand the program to include other games. I am purchasing additional consuls so that we will have Guitar Hero and perhaps Madden NFL 07 or Mario Bros. My question is which consul should I get? We have the xbox and all the DDR games. The pads will not be problematic this year if I can help it. If you don't give me some ideas, then don't complain that I didn't get what you want.

Mario Bros would be good. Thats a solid game, with broad appeal.

Is Guitar Hero similar to DDR...except its all playing the guitar strings?

Yes, GH is very much like DDR. It uses guitars and you have to match the guitar string movements with the screen. Everyone I know who has played it, really likes it.

Guitar Hero will be a must since the new one will be coming out very soon. What about some multi-player mini-game type games like Mario Party, Fusion Frenzy, etc.
