How will you ring in the New Year?

group3_200pix.jpg

When I was young, younger than most of you are now, I loved "New Years Eve." Right, because I was able to stay up until midnight at which time everyone in the neighborhood went outside and made noise with pots and pans and noise makers. Last evening, however, I started thinking about the poetry of John Donne.

Today I decided to write my last entry for this year by asking you what you are reading or thinking this last week of 2009? I am looking forward to a great year with the Teen Council and the other programs I have at the library. I hope to see lots of you at the Teen Council meeting next Monday.
