ESL instruction is designed for adults who have limited proficiency in the English language or whose native language is not English. Instructional emphasis on listening and speaking. Literacy skills (reading and writing) are also taught in this program. Instruction is provided in English at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.

Have YouTube on your cell phone and willing to learn a language?
Maybe you know it already, but I was in bed the other night watching videos on my cell phone--yes, it's always on and Wi-Fi ready. It dawned on me that I can probably get some language-learning videos on YouTube. I was surprised how many had been posted so far and the variety of languages available. (Thank God for the internet!) One particular publisher I found, Travel Linguist, provides quick survival lessons for free. Be sure to check them out if you have a internet-ready cell phone. Search for travellinguist in YouTube or click on Travel Linguist. (Please do not try it if you have to subscribe to internet service thru your cell phone provider--it might break your bank. ;-) )
