   The following suggestions will help keep your medical, legal, banking,
   business, and personal activities private and secure.
1. For your Wi-Fi, use WPA-2 encryption, hide your
    Wi-Fi broadcast name and reduce the transmission signal strength
2. In public Wi-Fi settings, establish a VPN connection, then browse
3. When you IM, use OTR encryption   
   ( Pidgin for Windows, AdiumX for Macintosh )
4. Encrypt your HD
5. Use Hushmail not Hotmail
6. Use different passwords for different sites:
   news-site.com different from bank-site.com

2. run Universal USB Installer
3. Select the Ubuntu 10.10
4. Choose your USB device
5. Set the BIOS to boot to the USB device
6. test by booting to your USB thumb drive
