Hear some fun Halloween and scarecrow stories
and then make a pumpkin head decoration.
Monster Scavenger Hunt
Wednesday, October 19

For grades 2 - 5 StoryCorner
If you are brave and ready for an adventure, join
us for a Monster Scavenger Hunt led by author
Jason Edwards. Clues will be hidden around the
library and team members will work together to
be the fi rst team to find the monster (while also
improving their library skills. Participants must be
able to read.
Big Pumpkin” hands-on drama class

For ages 5 - 10 StoryCorner
A “Big Pumpkin” hands-on drama class will
be taught by drama teacher Ingrid Schae er.
A witch has grown a huge pumpkin and she
is unable to get it off the vine. A ghost, a
mummy, and other creatures can’t move it,
but a bat has the answer. Limited to 24.
