Tellebration is a nationwide celebration of the power and joy of storytelling.
Professional storyteller Jonathan Kruk will be on hand to provide us with an afternoon of
wonderful folktales and myths.

Jonathan Kruk, a career storyteller from Cold Spring on Hudson, NY, was recently featured on CBS
Sunday Morning News in a piece showing the rise of traditional storytelling. Selected “Best Storyteller
in the Hudson Valley,” Kruk is well known for his dramatic  performances of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.”

Local storytellers will also participate in both programs.

Tellebration! was created over twenty years ago by J.G. "Paw-Paw"
Pinkerton, a Connecticut-based and nationally-known storyteller.
